After the events of Ep 3, Viktor happend to be visiting Zaun when he came across powder crying. He basically adopted her and took her up to Piltover. Where she was taken care of by Viktor and Jayce, hence a house talis symbol on her uniform. She is still creative and Chaotic but now she was raised in a 'healthier' environment.
