Franklin is a 10-year old boy who is the self-acclaimed “girliest cadet” attending Rommelwood Military School in Springfield. When Lisa Simpson became the first female student at the school, Franklin made it his mission to “out-girl” her. Franklin is likely LGBT but has not identified himself as such yet as he is still figuring himself out. He is outcast by the overly macho male bullies at the military school and his sassy and effeminate behavior disturbs the soldiers running the school too
