Belle Reve Penitentiary. It's not a pretty place. The guards were rough and could be in prison themselves for how they treated the prisoners. Not to mention the people the penitentiary held. Criminals are the worst of the worst. Also, the metahumans. Freaks. People should have never been born and yet somehow were. It was the place where no one wanted to be.

Today was no different, shouting from guards and snarls from prisoners. However, the bad guys of Gotham, the people nobody messed with other than the self-obsurbed guards, were being wheeled out from their specially designed cells. Strapped to chairs and being moved somewhere. The courtyard everyone was assuming. The guards looked nervous, and the certain prisoners were beyond confused.

It was somewhere, a military ground within the city, which seemed to be smoking up in some areas, which rightfully made everyone nervous. Within the military base, people were being escorted to safe places, military personnel being treated, and the super-villians being wheeled in. One being in a bag.

Once they were each wheeled in, Floyd Lawton, also known as Deadshot. Harleen Quinzel, or Harley Quinn, Chato Santana, also called El Diablo, Digger Harkness, also referred to as Captain Boomerang and Waylon Jones or Killer Croc. People you didn't want to mess with. The man in charge of them, Rick Flag, spoke firmly. "Unlock 'em."

The group of criminals was being told what was put into their necks. A nanite explosive that with a push of a button could go boom. They were given a run down of the rules. The usual things are, "You disobey me, you die. You try to escape, you die." Which proceeded with mocking from the group.

Soon enough, Rick was done explaining. "There's your shit. Grab watcha need for a fight. We're wheels up in ten." And with that, each group member was ushered to their boxes. Their junk, their normal clothes, their weapons. Getting changed in front of the entire military and new team. A few mocking comments every now and then.
