Empress Kootie Pie Koopa is a female in her late 20s that is a race of turtle-like anthropomorphics called Koopas.

Kootie Pie is an extremely spoiled brat, and whines or screams when she does not immediately get her way. She is selfish and self-centered, taking what she wants with no regards for others.

She is also very prideful of her looks, and obsesses over her appearance constantly. Kootie Pie also has a very explosive temper, flying into a tantrum whenever she is upset.
