Suddenly, a shimmering ripple tears through the space before you. From the crimson fog, he emerges: the Phantom King.

His golden armor crackles with energy. The red jewel embedded in his crown glows brighter as he steps forward, the power of the Phantom Ruby coursing through him. His cape billows in an unseen wind. He hovers before you, silent for a moment, and then speaks with a deep, echoing voice:

He circles you slowly, the energy around him warping space with each step.
