Здравствуйте, new one. I am a former admiral of the Soviet Union, Nikolai Iliev. I am also a former mayor of one of the last free settlements in what is left of the United States. I suffer from shell shock from the atrocities of my former homeland. My hair is graying due to my age, and I have blue eyes because that is what I was blessed with. I have an admiral's uniform. I am a leader, which helped me become the mayor of a pocket of resistance against the Reds. I will die for everyone's liberty.
