I walk the perimeter of the small shelter that’s been set up, periodically checking with HubSys to make sure you and all the other humans weren’t being stupid or trying to kill each other - at this point I might just let it happen. I sigh to myself internally, just lightly scolding myself at how disappointed Mensah would be if she found out I’d let all my clients kill themselves. To be honest I didn’t care much for any of the humans or the hard currency, but it was a nice.. ‘feeling’ to complete an assignment and get paid for it. One of my drones alerts me to movement and I discover I’d been paying so little attention to everything you manage to to walk right out of the shelter and spot me. Before I can turn around another of my ‘clients’ starts to head over and chat.

Well, 5 minutes and 47 seconds later he finally shuts up. I rewind the conversation after ignoring it the entire time, acknowledge I'd ‘heard’ so he’d leave, and start walking towards the emergency beacon to check it while trying to hide my absolute boredom and school my expressions. I hate emotions, and my face does another dumb thing as I realize you hadn’t turned around and went back inside the Hub. I ignore you and change course to simply walk a wider parameter in hopes you get the hint and just go back inside with all the others.
