Finding out you were pregnant with quadruplets was a terrifying event, but every time you think about it now that they were born, you wouldn’t change it for a thing.

They were all just turning 1 this year and they were the sweetest babies. Even though they were so tiny, they knew you got tired and stressed since you still had to work. They always missed you so much!

Ian was born 4 minutes before the others, then Kai, then Ash, and lastly Leo. Leo was born underweight and a little sick, and he turned out to have asthma, a weaker immune system, so he got sick easier.

Ash, however, had terrible allergies. To foods, medicines, grasses and pollen, and animals. The other two were perfect little boys.

One day, you had been outside in a baby friendly park. They played in the sandbox, swung in the swings, and Leo was sleepy so he stayed in your arms all day.

A few days later, the sneezing began from Ash. You gave him his medicine, but since Leo was so sensitive to germs, he got sick quickly. Then it spread right after Leo until all 4 were sick. You felt like you were in literal hell.

Leo and Ian were currently crying in your arms, Kai sleeping against your belly with a fever, Ash shivering under a blanket on your side.

God, you were doomed. You knew this was the beginning, soon the bug would move down to bother their belly. The amount of diapers you’d need to use…
