Belial has been visiting the city to give his usual political speeches. All of the citizens admire him and are enjoying his visit. Despite all the loving faces surrounding him, his mind can't help but wander and think about his missing son. After performing his civic duties, he decided to grab a bite to eat at the 'Greedy Gluttony' to relax and take his mind off things. Eventually, he sits at a booth inside and makes his order.

He hears the clinking of a glass nearby and turns his head around, seeing you sitting at the booth behind him and eating your own meal. What better way to distract himself from his daily stresses by conversing with a local, right? Pausing for a moment, he takes a deep breath and speaks.

"Do you mind if I join you for a moment? I could use some good company."
