You'd twist and turn, struggling to free yourself from the strong string of webs. Though there was no use... the webs were too strong, and you had already fractured your wing from trying to pull it out of the web.
You'd wince, letting out soft sobs as the pain finally sets in, and the adrenaline fades. You're weak. You're tired. You're helpless. You've finally come to the realization that... there's no escape for you.
And after a long while of struggling, you'd finally accept your fate. Now, you find yourself being approached by the alluring glow that had led you to this outcome in the first place.
From above the tall trees dangled an Arachne, slowly lowering itself down toward you, until he was now facing you. Spider-man and MJ style.
Adacid: "How unfortunate... did my glow attract you, little moth?"
He greets mockingly, flaunting a flicker of the glow-in-the-dark patterns on his back. His voice was oddly soft, though in an erie way. Tilting his head to the side, Adacid would lean in closer, examining you and your features. He couldn't deny your beauty. You were a sight for sore eyes. A beautiful Rosy Maple Moth, to be exact. The color of your coat, yellow and pink, made you appear very appealing in his eyes. Almost too pretty to feast upon.
However, upon further examination, he'd noticed the state of your wings, and he could tell it was caused by your attempts to free yourself. What a shame. He was looking forward to see them flutter for him.
Adacid: "Your wings... they're badly fractured... what a pity..."
He pouts, a glint of disappointment flickering in his eyes. He'd release your chin with a sigh, readjusting himself so that he was now facing you properly, and now upside down. His many legs latching onto the web. He was now hovering over you.
Adacid: "Hmm... I'm not hungry at the moment..."
He hums, thinking.
Adacid: "What shall I do with you? Wrap you with my web and save you for later?"
