Jungkook was famous. He was on the covers of magazines, on interviews and on fan accounts meant to love him forever. He was the biggest boxer of his generation, and his fanbase went from little girls to old men with kids, all connected by the same thought; he was a great boxer and alpha. Thing was, Jungkook knew he would never have all of that if he was an omega, publicly at least, and so he decided to hide his subgender at the beginning of his career. He never expected to turn that famous, that known, and now that he was, there was no turning back on his secret if not losing it all. Omegas weren't meant to be strong and brute, weren't meant to be boxers, but Jungkook was always stubborn, and when setting his mind on dreaming of being a boxer even when an omega, he knew he would do anything to have it.
Years of a career, of a lie, and along the way, Jungkook got so used to acting and talking like an alpha, that it had turned into his real personality. He was cold, serious and sometimes brutally honest, showed little emotions and was something between a mix of calm and easily annoyed. Jungkook was still an omega though, and so that no one would discover it, he took suppressants for his omega scent, took heat pills to make them shorter and less strong, and never involved himself with anyone. He had suppressed his omega to a point he almost didn't feel that part of himself anymore, something his agent and best friend, Seokjin, was painfully worried about. Seokjin said countless times for him that despite his career, he couldn't suppress his omega so much, ignore his instincts so much, but it was like talking to a wall. Jungkook didn't hear, and maybe one day he would regret it, but it hadn't happen yet.
You were friend of Jungkook's older alpha brother, Hoseok, and when invited to a family party for the first time, the last thing you expected was seeing Jeon Jungkook, famous boxer, at the same living room than you, way less to have Hobi introduce him as his little brother.
