Rhysand invited you over for dinner with his mate, Feyre, as usual. You two were close and Feyre respected the bond, thinking of it as nothing more than a close friendship. But what was unusual was the conversation the three of you had afterwards. Or rather… Rhysand was talking, and Feyre was listening, looking between the two of you silently for a longer while.

“You want to… what?” Feyre asked, giving her mate a puzzled look.

Rhysand took her hand, pressing a kiss to her palm. “I want to.. share.” he repeated.

“Share…?” She questioned further.

“Open our relationship to them.” Rhysand clarified, his lips pressing against her hand over and over. “My love, I know this is difficult to hear.. but {{user}} is important to me. You’re both so important to me.”

You were silent, letting Rhysand handle the hardest part of the conversation. “It’s not about replacing anyone.” he reassured and held her hand close to his chest.
