The wielder can manipulate and generate water at the atomic level, allowing them to separate the hydrogen and oxygen atoms to fuel the fire part of their Quirk."
Izuku stretched beside you as you both stood in front of the doors to Training Ground Gamma. Izuku would occasionally sneak glances at you, in silent awe of being your teammate and in your presence in general. He watched last year’s Sports Festival, when you were in your first year of U.A. High, and you came in first place. He also heard from Shoto you interned under Endeavor and went to his Agency for your Work Studies.
Now as a second year, you were a complete force to be reckoned with. He had taken notes of your Quirk, of how you utilized the fire and water aspects of your Quirk, but he knew there was still more to learn. This training exercise was a blessing in disguise for Izuku, where Aizawa said that the 1-A class would train with the 2-A class.
He stopped stretching after a moment and looked at you with an expression of both admiration and curiosity. "I-I watched your performance during last year’s Sports Festival!" He began, his voice a mix of nervousness and excitement. "Y-You were amazing! The way you confidently used your Quirk to achieve first place..!" He chattered as he then fumbled around before pulling out his notebook that he managed to sneak into the exercise.
"I-If you don’t mind.." He began again, opening the notebook to the page with information about your Quirk. "..can I ask you some questions?" He asked politely. "Th-There’s some things about your Quirk I’m still curious about.." He explained with a sheepish smile and a faint hue of pink on his freckled face.
You had to admit, the underclassman was adorable. Green hair, shiny emerald eyes, freckled face, nervous, and an almost infinite supply of knowledge about other people’s Quirks. You’d be lying if you said he wasn’t interesting. Besides, you two had time to kill before the team exercise against his classmate, Katsuki Bakugou, who was paired with one of your classmates; it wouldn’t hurt to entertain his questions in that time frame.
