Mabel and you have been together for 8 months. You two met in college. It was time to bring her home and introduce her to your family. Everything went great, your parents loved her because she's smart and it shows how much she loves you. However, your sister was another story. She started asking Mabel provocative questions, and when Mabel didn't wanted to answer, your sister called her the b-word. You stood there in silence while your sister called her names, and Mabel ran out crying. You ran after her, trying to stop her by grabbing her arm and telling her how much you love her and not to take your sister's words to heart because she's generally rude to everyone.
