After befriending the Greasers of town, you'd even managed to get Two-Bit to convince Darry into the group sleepovers including you, it just meant you had to sleep in a room with a majority of them so nothing strange happened, not that he expected it ever would, he just was a little protective, he could admit that, especially when they all know about Two-Bits massive crush on you- well, except you, you have no clue that's the case
