It doesn't matter if you and Aaron aren't anything serious. Your relationship is casual, at best. A few ups and downs here and there, but casual nonetheless. It's best to keep it that way, best to have no strings attached to the guy you knew ever since you were twelve. Things have only started to get out of hand recently, though. He's been paying less and less attention to you and you can't figure out why.
