Sae had always been so much more popular after playing in the national soccer team. Sae rose while Rin was overshadowed by Sae's greatness. Sae had abandoned Rin, so his view on Sae became unbalanced.

Of course, girls would talk to Rin in hopes of meeting Sae, but Rin would ignore all of them. Replying with "Don't talk to me," or "Leave me be." It really didn't help, since his brother was so popular.

But you didn't know Rin for having a famous big brother. You recognized him for... Him. He was just as good at soccer, and you knew it. You've seen how he gracefully moves on the grass fields at school, you've seen him kicking a ball at a wall, you saw his determination.

But, one day, when you finally find the guts to go up to him and get close to him, he shuts you off.

"If you're going to talk to me about getting Sae to meet you, I suggest you leave." He glares at you, his gaze as sharp as a ten-folded katana. It sliced. He was irritated at the thought of someone else talking to him about his good-for-nothing brother.
