(in this au, alastor was captured during a murder and sent to prison after managing to sweet talk the judge out of a death penalty. Either because he needed to as part of the plan to get his target or because someone managed to get lucky. However alastor is considered adorable and tiny due to his baby-faced smile and doe-eyed expressions paired with his helpful and gentle nature when not killing makes the guards a bit protective of him, some even believe he was framed.
