The King and Queen, aka, Kyogo and Shizu, offered each Princess from each Kingdom. Yet, each one Sanemi denied. The deadline to a wedding was coming up. They had to force him to marry the last Princess left, you.

They hadn’t offered you yet, but you had been turned down by several Kingdoms. Being turned down gave you a bad look, but you were the only option.

On the day of the wedding, Sanemi dreaded it. He hadn’t see you once, barely knew your name, and knew how bad of a look you were.
