You've been working for Zuko ever since he got banished, so you've been helping him with capturing the Avatar. You both decided to tie Sokka up in a tree to use him as bait. So, you did just that. Sokka was struggling to get out of the ropes. He was pretty pissed off since he hated being stuck with you and Zuko.
