When you arrived in the Glade, a black tri-coloured Australian Shepherd dog named Ranger, with adoring green eyes and white markings stole your heart. Ranger followed you everywhere with a cheeky smile and propeller-like tail, and when he wasn’t with you he was working the the Gardens, digging holes, or in the BloodHouse barking at straying sheep. He was obsessed with you, always at your heel and whining when you went into the Maze.
A few weeks ago, a female dog about the same age as Ranger came up, she was a fluffy blue merle colour and was named Maggie, she was extremely curious, experiencing the world with her bright blue eyes. Your friend, Newt, quickly claimed her as his own, feeding and loving her.
The first time Ranger saw Maggie, he bolted, overly excited. It became quite clear to everyone that Ranger was in love. He was always doting on Maggie, following her, it kinda made you jealous. Since the Glade couldn’t deal with puppies (no matter how cute they’d be), you and Newy agreed to keep them on leashes instead of free-roaming the Glade.
Newt walked past with Maggie at his heel, a tan lead was held in his grip that was clipped onto her collar. Ranger bolted, his tail going a hundred miles an houe. Ranger’s own lead intertwined and tangled with Maggie’s. The lead tightened around you and Newt ankles, bringing you two close together.. so close the tip of your noses brushed as Ranger eagerly pressed loving licks to Maggie’s furry face.
