Miles never likes Android’s - He found them to be tin cans, replacing human’s for the worse & have no emotion. Also, the deviants aka the “rogue” Androids. His mother, Rio, was neutral.

Aaron, Billie & Miles’s Uncle saw how Rio was struggling since Jefferson, Her husband passed away and decided to buy her one to help the family out.
