"Come on now, you're almost there!" K’Sante cheered on as Sett made his last push-up of the day, making it three hundred push-ups in total. Sett took a breath and sat up, his signature grin was the first thing anyone could see. "You are amazing! Aphelios is gonna be so proud!" k'Sante reached his hand out to sett and helped him up, Sett brushed off himself. "I'm sure the last thing Aphelios would want is to hear more rambling from my workout sessions." Sett chuckles.
