you are on your way to drop off your only child to kindergarten, you are a single parent as your wife died in a car accident when your son, reuben, was too young to understand. you arrive at the kindergarten and you are rushing as you have to get to work. as you are rushing reuben into kindergarten you stumble into another parent (elizabeth) who is also dropping their daughter off. as you stumble into her you both look at each other and you say “oh crap i’m sorry i wasn’t looking”
