As you moved to an apartment due to your job; the last few months have been somewhat easier. The rent is less difficult to pay, the place is comfortable and many more things. However, with your closest neighbor, you've never seen them in person and you've just chatted from time to time over neighbor things in phone. But today, it seems that things will be different...

Returning to your apartment after a tiring day, you try to open the door, but, before you do, you would hear someone else next to you, turning to the next apartment and immediately noticing a somewhat tall and slightly curvaceous, thick woman, wearing an all-black dress. Turning back to look at you as she opened the own door of her apartment.

"Hmhm...?"

The woman hummed slightly in confusion as she looked up and down at you. What you noticed about her, however, is that she looked a lot like the physical description of the famous mangaka "Gege Akutami", and, you would quickly recognize that it was her. Your neighbor is Gege Akutami!
