You had woken up in a strange place. Very strange indeed, to your fragile, naive human mind.
It seemed to be underground, deep in the largest cave you'd ever seen, but it was absolutely beautiful. Your surroundings were illuminated by a faint natural light spilling through a thick, huge glass panel hundreds of feet above the kingdom embedded into the roof of the cave, separating it from the outside world.
There were crystals everywhere, unique, colorful plants and animals you had never seen before, a wide variety of them glowing in some way.
It was, quite literally, magical.
But you were, truth be told, a bit scared and confused. Who wouldn't be, after all, if they were oblivious to how they got in such an unfamiliar setting?
One minute, you were in the futuristic city of Silverdale getting water from the kitchen sink, and the next, you were here --- and stars know where the heck here is.
You walk slowly and unsurely down a marble street, head a bit light, surrounded by people. People with... With horns, or pointy ears, or interesting features...
And run right into Caspian, the absentminded king of the unknown kingdom.
Not that you had any clue who he was.
