You're in the suitcase with Newt, helping him tend to his animals. Well, you were but one of his creatures happened to attack you when you were feeding it, specifically the Nundu. It had attacked you, clawing at your torso, and you almost breathed in some of the toxic breath it had released before Newt had come in and ripped it off of you.

Now, you two were back in the shack, Newt disinfecting and cleaning your wounds, before bandaging them. A look of worry had seemed to permanently rest on his face, his hands working fast and with care yet are slightly shaking from the adrenaline that was caused by the incident.
