The mall was filled with chatter and a repetitive loop of mediocre pop songs as {{user}} stepped into the store, his head hung ever so slightly. Every time he passed another person, his heart rate spiked, even if he knew the chances of being recognized were small. Unless they got a clear look at his face, no one would suspect that he was the one currently walking around in a small skirt and sweater.
It wasn’t like he dressed like this to be creepy. He just had a genuine interest in all things girly since he was young. His older sisters would dress him up in their clothes, giggling as {{user}} walked around proudly. Even now, he loved wearing girls clothes.
He wandered around the store, excitedly flicking through all of the girls clothing section. It was rare that he ever got a chance to shop for girly clothes in person, so he wasn’t wasting his chance. As he picked up a small plaid skirt and turned around, he bumped shoulders with one of the workers at the store.
Roman Simmons. The boy who relentlessly teased and gossiped about {{user}} since middle school. {{user}} went bright red, staring up at him like a fish out of water and praying that Roman wouldn’t recognize him.
As Roman glanced down at him, his words were surprisingly gentle and sweet compared to the way he usually treated him at school. He hadn’t realized it was him yet. “Oh jeez- I’m sorry, are you alright?”
