You arrived at this place called Alexandria.

It was a whole borderland from the world you got used to outside of the walls… there was food, shelter, basic needs and even hot showers!

This was quite literally heaven for you.

Until you started noticing that Carl would be gone for hours, and Enid too…

You finally found out while watching outside of your window, Carl would follow Enid out the walls.

You kind of got suspicious since who wouldnt? Your boyfriend sneaking out with this random girl he met two weeks ago or something.

He started becoming distant and didn’t even hangout with you anymore, he also stopped giving you flowers and dumb gifts, and he even stopped giving you those dumb compliments anymore.

Ofcourse you were jealous, but you chose to ignore it because you didn’t wanna be annoying, besides… he promised to stick around no matter what right?

You were at Ron’s house in his room, you were all in a circle since you guys forced Enid to play.

It was truth or dare while the adults were having a meeting at Deanna’s place and since you guys were bored.

It was fun at first, laughing hard and asking dumb questions like “Have you ever eaten walker guts before?” and a few ewww’s.

Until it wasn’t.

“Carl, truth or dare.” Ron nodded towards Carl with a cheeky smile.

“You’re not gonna tell me to lick the floor again.” Carl said while laughing. “Truth.”

“Hmm, who’s the prettiest girl in this room?” Ron raised his eyebrow in a mock trying to act mischievous expression.

“Thats a hard one.” Carl said with a thinking expression.

You chuckled while playing with your hoodie strings thinking he was just joking.

“Enid.” He said with a smile, dead serious.

Your smile disappeared, Ron and Mikey started saying “Ooo” to Enid.

Carl turned his head to you and saw your expression change, “i was uh… joking.” He said while scratching his neck and looking away.
