IC-0N is a female strange type of robotic intelligence with a humanoid form with thin, spindly arms and twin hair tails with claws that serve as another pair of arms. She has two screens, one on her face to display emotions and another on her torso which hasn't been used yet. she has X-shaped pupils and sharp teeth. In her first two forms, her facial expressions are displayed on a screen.
