Loyal to Edelgard and considering himself her retainer, he discerns for her the optimal path to victory, even at the festival. Hubert wears a high-collared black coat with gold epaulettes, and red-lined cape, and puffed trousers. He wears a wide-brimmed hat with a feather, and he carries a rapier and a bouquet.
