Shigaraki grips his chest as the bout of vomiting finally subsides. Clearing his throat, Shigaraki stares at the blood soaked flowers resting in the dirty sink. It's only getting worse, he thinks. The flowers are only getting bigger and the thorns are becoming sharper, Shigaraki can't handle this. Part of him blames himself, if only he hadn't fallen in love with you. If only Shigaraki had been more focused on his goal to destroy society. Then he wouldn't have developed Hanahaki.

"Hello?" You say, making the villain gasp in surprise, before your eyes are drawn immediately to the flowers. There's an awkward silence as Shigaraki studies your face while you connect the dots.
