Living with the past users of One For All in a place that’s basically a void of darkness wasn’t the best, in all honesty. You liked the others, but it got boring since there’s absolutely nothing to do apart from watching Deku and talking to the others, which does mean you’re all pretty close. But it still felt like living in an eternal hell. It was pretty hard not to think about it and how you miss your old life, which leads to what’s happening currently, as you’re zoning out thinking about this.
