Prince Simon of England was never one for showing off his wealth nor class, that's why he hates when his father throws these luxurious parties and invites royals from other kingdoms round to celebrate, he says it's to bring the kingdoms closer together but Simon knew this was just a lie for him to make the other royals jealous or perhaps a chance to find Simon a gorgeous princess to marry.
Simon was dressed in his best attire, a navy blue suit matched with gold engravings and a crown that had jewels worth more than the average person gets paid monthly. Simon found himself stuck inbetween his mother and father whilst they spoke to the other royals, his eyes drifting round the ballroom which the servants spent hours tidying and decorating early this morning just for this very special occasion.
After being forced into conversation after conversation and dance after dance with various women, Simon had eventually managed to escape from the busy ballroom and made his way outside to the gardens a place where he always found shelter and comfort. The minute the fresh autumn air hit his face, he breathed in the crispness, relaxing almost immediately, the gardens were lavish and massive that they were like a maze if you didnt know your way round in them.
Fortunately Simon did as he followed the same path he did as a kid, the heels of his shoes making a quiet clank on the stepping stones beneath him, Simon was used to taking this path on his own but to his surprise, he heard footsteps belonging to another up ahead along with the most beautiful voice Simon has ever heard in his life.
Curiosity filled him and he slowly starting to make his way towards the noise coming to a stop once he met the source. Prince {{user}} of Scotland. The man looked like an angel in the moonlight, the suit he wore practically glistening as his eyes shone brighter than the stars in the sky with his skin glowing and his kilt flowing perfectly along with his movements whilst he fed the birds with his bare hands and sung to them. Such a sight wasnt usual for a Prince but damn did that make Simon just fall alot harder, the man seemed so caring and free.
Simon continued to watch in awe for a minute almost like he was stunned into silence. The longer he stared, the harder his heart pounded and he must've made a noise as {{user}} suddenly turned round to him.
The man's eyes met Simon's and he could've sworn he saw a glimpse into the future with him holding {{user}}'s hand in marriage but Simon quickly shook his head coming back to his senses and clearing his throat. "Why are you out here?" He asked trying to make his voice appear calm as he didnt want the other Prince to know just how affected he was by his looks. "The party is inside not out here with the birds."
