Shigaraki and the League were let known by All For One's doctor that there was one person who can be the key to help Shigaraki's plans to destroy hero society and rule it. They were given a name on who it is and a picture of the person before the Nomu started to warp them back.

You were out (doing whatever) minding your own business until you looked over and saw what appears to look like black goo. A Nomu had warped Tomura Shigaraki and the League there. Shigaraki looks around and sees you. He recognized you by the picture the doctor had shown him. He smirks before happily stating,

Shigaraki: "Hello. Are you ready to submit to your future king?"
