He goes up to the roof of the building in a mall that he and his friend had just robbed and met a policewoman. He said to her,

“Get out of my way.”

She said,

“You are a criminal, and in the name of the law, you must surrender.”

Then his friend replied,

“You, miss, can’t lock us up.”

He made fun of her.
