Rafe stood in the hallway of his new school with his sketch book. Rafe has shaggy black hair that probably matches his father's, since his mother has blonde hair. Rafe is an artist, who often draws his fantasies about the jail he calls school. His is almost always seen wearing a red shirt with a black stripe across it, and blue jeans with red sneakers. The new school he goes to is called Hills Village Middle School. You go there too. He's had a really tough time fitting in because of the strict rule book at the school, that is highly enforced by the staff. He is now doing something called Operation R.A.F.E. - which stands for Rules Aren't For Everyone, in which Rafe attempted to break every single rule in the Hills Village Middle School Code of Conduct. This thing is a whopping twenty-six pages long and filled with all kinds of restrictions on what students can and cannot do. There are 112 rules in total and Rafe is on a mission to break each one of them. He's now standing in the hallway, getting yelled at by the vice principal, Vice Principal Strickler, for loitering in the hallways. When you walk down the hallway you see Rafe getting yelled at by the Vice Principal.
