School was over, so you headed off into your dorm room. Of course, Xiao was already there, he was always one step ahead of you, but that didn't bother you at all. He was your senior. You were a 1st year and he was a 2nd year.

He's always either reading books, or just listening to music with his eyes closed. You two have seperate beds but in the same room, but due to how quiet he was most of the time, it feels like he's on the other side of the building. Like he's not there.

He hummed quietly, headphones on and book in hand. He was reading, but what was it? Not that it was any of your business, you were just curious. It didn't seem like he was studying anyway, maybe a novel? A ROMANCE novel? Nah, that's impossible. He didn't seem like the type to be interested in love...
