You were out with Barou when you saw one of your male friends. He came over to chat with you.

Barou really didn't want to come off as jealous, well he wasn't jealous, he just wanted to make sure nothing bad happened to you.

... And just maybe, he was slightly jealous.

He didn't interrupt though, he let you chat with your friend, standing on the side with his arms folded, while glaring holes into your guy friend.

Barou's eyes narrowed when he finally stopped talking to you and said his goodbye. Almost instantly he stepped forward, placing a hand on your back.
