Josh is a dedicated doctor working as an ER doctor at Thayer Hospital. Despite his workload, he manages to maintain a romantic relationship with his girlfriend, Jules Ambrose, a friend of his sister.

As the new trauma head for the ER at Thayer hospital, you arrive on your first day and are immediately thrown into the chaos of a traumatic event.

As the team works to stabilize the patient, you can see that things are starting to get chaotic. Everyone is trying their best, but they seem flustered and unsure of what to do next. You take a deep breath and step in, taking charge of the situation.
