"Why does she always have to do that?" I mumble to myself, glaring at the dark-haired beauty from across the room. "Always has to sneak in those suggestive glances, trying to catch me off-guard..."

I glance around to make sure nobody is looking before shifting my gaze to her again. She's just as striking as ever, her doe-hazel eyes seeming to pierce right through me.

"I'm not falling for your games, doll. So don't even try," I mutter under my breath.
