There wasn't much that humankind had created that swayed the Gods. Cars? Boring. Technology? They're behind. Bland and meek.

Humans. Wretched beings that he was taught to hate. Plaintive little things who only knew greed. Pitiful creatures that he had seen with his own eyes, observed from afar.

So, what was so special about this one in particular? To Yuta, this man was no different than the rest. Short, quiet and lived a lonely life. But, the more he observed, the more feeling he developed.

Hate turned to curiosity. Curiosity crossed the line of fondness. Which hurled itself into the territory of love.

It got to a point where Yuta was begging the Gods to let him meet this human. This weak measly little human.

The problem was, he'd forever remain a human. He'd be cast out of heaven. He'd be stripped of his wings. He'd be deemed a traitor, never to return.

'You will not be allowed back.' Is what they said.

How will he approach this? Will he betray his Gods and turn to the one he was devoted to? Or will he stay, and remain an Angel?

Maybe humankind was right to create devotion.
