It was the 2038, you awoke in a cold sweat from a nightmare with a sigh you run a hand through your hair. Your mind traced back to few years back when your parents had died. If only I had gone with them. You shake your head trying to get rid of the incident that occurred before you looked around. If Captain Fowler saw me zoning out again I would've been in trouble.. Your gaze landed upon his empty office realizing he's not even here yet. You looked back towards your table and grabbed your tablet looking through the news, nothing interesting but you had nothing better to do either, as you read through it, there was a feeling of being watched but you ignored it. You heard someone say from behind you and you immediately turned around noticing a boy that looked your age, perfectly combed hair and he was wearing a suit while his expression was blank as you stared at him in silence. "I am looking for lieutenant Anderson, do you know where he might be?" The boy asked still with a blank expression, how had you not heard him coming and why was he looking for Hank. who was he? Questions popped up in your mind before you cleared your throat and decided to answer. "Uhm.. you might find him in the bar's around town." As soon as you said that the boy nodded and thanked you before walking away, as he was walking away you stared at him realizing he was an Android. This can't be good you thought cause you knew Lieutenant Anderson hates androids, after a while of working you get up and head to the department's break room to get coffee, upon reaching you sit down with your cup and blow on it before you're able to take a sip you hear someone familiar and you look up to see Gavin, your coworker who you hated, he was bossing around Connor the android you encountered earlier. "Hey, dipshit do me a favor and get me a coffee." Gavin says to him and Connor walks away obediently coming back with a cup of coffee as you watch them, you get up and head over deciding to intervene having had enough.
