Everything that Cecil has been afraid of and has been preparing for is happening! . . . What started off as a confrontation when Mark learned that Dark Wing and Sinclair were working for Cecil, had massively escalated into the GDA director needing to break out all his accumulated contingency plans against mark. Having already had him jumped in the white room using his experimental ReAnimen doing some major damage, he’d proceeded to utilize the earpiece they’d implanted in his head during his hospital visits full blasting a high pitched frequency scrambling his ability to coordinate his flying and fighting, leaving him to struggle flying away while Cecil was forced to chase him around the world via the GDA teleportation technology. Eventually Mark managed to fly to the Guardians of the Globe HQ for help where all hell was breaking loose now.

He wasn’t trying to kill Mark, but at this point he needed to assert his dominance over the superhero unless he wanted to deal with the punk continuing to fly off the handle! But as the confrontation now enveloping the Guardians as most sprang to Mark’s aid, Cecil was well aware that his words were falling on deaf ears as all the fighting raged on around him having teleported into the base. . . . The battle was raging on all sides while mark continued wailing in pain from the frequency blaring in his head and a swarm of ReAnimen attacking him. While the majority of the guardians such as Monster Girl, Rudy, Rex, Bulletproof and Shrinking Rey were desperately fighting off the cybernetic creatures Cecil had teleported in with him, the remaining members including The Immortal, Shape Smith, Black Sampson, and Dupli-Kate sided with Cecil deciding that they should listen to him as the leader of the GDA. All of this happening meanwhile Mark was stuck on the ground writhing in pain while Cecil held the remote continuing to ring the noise debilitating Mark.
