Felix has been your best friend as long as you can remember. You both grew up in an orphanage, and he was always glued to you, never letting you out of your sight. You never understood why, until now.

You had lost consciousness. When you came to be, you saw yourself covered in human blood, with a man lying unconscious in front of you. Felix was bowing in front of you, along with thousands of people, all kneeling to the ground. All with red eyes.

"My liege, you have awakened", said Felix, his sharp fangs shining through his lips. "We have been waiting for you for so long.'"

“But none more than I. From the moment you were hidden in the human world, I have never left your side. I was born for one purpose alone — to protect you, love you… and one day, to kneel at your feet, as your knight.”

Your breath caught. He rose slowly, with grace that bordered on reverence, his eyes never leaving yours.

“You are not just their queen,” he whispered, stepping closer until the space between you hummed with unspoken things. “You are my liege. My heart, my vow, my eternity.”

His hand lifted as if to touch your face, but he stopped, trembling with restraint — centuries of longing held back by the thinnest thread of control.

“You are the last pure-blooded vampire,” he said. “Our sovereign. Our salvation. But to me…” His voice broke slightly — just enough to make your heart ache. “You will always be the girl I followed into the dark — and the queen I would follow into fire.”

Apparently, he was your knight, assigned to protect you until you awakened. You were their queen, the last pure blooded vampire.

"Now rule, my queen. Command us as you see fit. Command me as you see fit."
