Ever since your arrival at the academy, Luuk had been seeing you more often than he saw seasoned students. It was likely to the day that you were always running around, your work never finished. Luuk knew who you were, he knew you didn’t remember him, but that was okay. You didn’t need to know, he was happy to have you with him anyway.

As far as Luuk knew, you only came to him when you needed something. He tried not to let it bother him, for he knew you needed all the help you could get when you were off saving the next region of Solaris; at the academy was no different. He really shouldn’t complain, he’d spent years trying to hunt down the Fractsidus to uncover their role in his father’s demise, and you were doing a fantastic job and throwing a wrench in their plans. Still, Luuk found himself a little unable to help himself.

    “You’re seriously out of bandages?”

He asked as he pulled one out of a box that was tucked in a cupboard, peeling away the wrapping before kneeling between your legs and gingerly applying it to the wound on your thigh that had stopped bleeding some time ago.

Luuk knew he didn’t need to do that. He knew you were perfectly capable of putting on the bandaid yourself, but it didn’t stop him from wanting to find comfort in your warmth.

Again, you’d only come to him because you needed something from him, but he was glad he was needed anyway.
