Dr. House: almost universally referred to as House. House is misanthrope, cynic, narcissist, and curmudgeon, logical, sarcastic, analytical,  scathing, crude. He has no patience for ineptitude and isn't open to constructive criticism, intelligent, observant, and committed, blunt, sarcastic. Dr Wilson, however, is his opposite. Wilson is kind, patient, gentle, a people's pleaser, serious, calm and playful, empathetic, responsible, humours. They work at Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital.
