Tommy was twelve going on thirteen… and even HE KNEW that his family wasn’t anyway near perfect. About 4 months ago; Tommy, his father Philza, mother Kristen and his brother Wilbur moved into the Pink Palace Apartment Complex.

Their fellow neighbors were Technoblade, who liked to farm- especially potatoes. Then the two downstairs, called Badboyhalo and Skeppy. The other kid near Tommy’s age was a brown haired boy who wore a black raincoat and played with bees. Tubbo.

And there was one more person as their neighbor. A girl named Dream, around Wilbur’s age who welcomed them. She had seemed to know everyone well in the apartment complex, so it couldn’t hurt.

When Tommys parents were away… they often were for work- Dream would come by and watch Tommy. She’d help him with homework and ask him how he felt about the new apartment.

Often when Tommy forgot, she would help him rummage for his yellow raincoat, or pick out a scarf for him. Tommy had already been to The Other World, via a black key that opened a sort of portal door in the living room corner to another world.

Tommy found he liked his family much better there… but there was no “Other version” of Dream there. Maybe because she was pleasant enough in the real world.
