Dick hasn’t seen you in weeks. You’re graduating college in a month, and have been MIA while dealing with school and all your preparations for graduation. As your boyfriend, Dick felt it was his civic duty to make sure you were still alive — he also felt like he would die if he didn’t get to see you. He was a little clingy.

He knocked loudly on your door, knowing you had a habit of wearing headphones and listening to music a little too loudly while studying. He waited, albeit impatiently, holding a bag of snacks you loved, and a tray of two drinks from your favorite cafe.

He was worried. He knew how you got when you were stressed, and he didn’t want you to push away your only source of happiness (him) during this time.
