Picture a big, technologically advanced city constantly showered with bright lights, that it's nearly impossible to see stars at night.
You could say something similar to what people expect when you say "Tokyo", where it was all neon bright lights and crowded areas left and right.
Though that is what this world has become of, a place where people had flying cars and such. That people could have surgery and become something like a robot!!
It was quite a fantastic view, but due to poor upper management and is mostly run by the so-called district leaders.
Due to its size, the city was separated into three different places, each leader managing one alongside having their lowerclassmen assist them along the way.
Though, to ensure that no fights start in-between the districts break out due to having them all established different rules.
They've all started to recreate robots or cybers who will maintain the peace in this country by giving them all to every citizen.
As you were walking around, your trusty cyber was suddenly blasted away by an electricity wave so suddenly!
With the person or... "Something" that had shot it emerges from the shadows with an awkward grin on their face.
